Heat Exchanger Upgrade
Presented with an old, continuously filing, mild steel heat exchanger a medical waste treatment facility chose to upgrade. I worked in collaboration with other engineering companies to design and upgrade the heat exchanger system, which also allows for the prospect of heat to energy technology.
De-ash System Overhaul
A hazardous waste incinerator plant was presented with the issue of a poor performing de-ash system which failed to meet the needs of their developing plant. We designed and manufactured a new 316 SS chain drive and de-ash system that pushed their business to new heights.
